Are you a person that has accessed screening programs for breast, bowel or cervical cancer?

Do you want to share your story about your experience to encourage others to screen too?

Get in touch about this consumer opportunity!

Population Screening and Cancer Prevention is a small team of people working in the Department of Health.  They seek to encourage people to participate in the three free screening programs, for bowel, breast and cervical cancer.

They are currently seeking people with a lived experience of using any of the three screening programs to share their story to encourage other people to screen too.

They are looking for anyone that may be willing to share their story about any of the three screening programs:

  • For bowel screening that’s anyone aged 45-74.
    • Also specifically looking for anyone aged 45-49 who has opted into the bowel screening program and ordered their first bowel kit.
  • For cervical screening that’s women or people with a cervix aged 25-74.
  • For breast screening that’s women or people with breasts who are 40+.
