RFDS – Youth Counselling

The RFDS Youth Counselling Service provides free and confidential counselling and mental health support for young people. The service offers a safe and supportive space to talk about challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationships, school pressures, wellbeing and other life concerns. Appointments are available at the Better Health 4 Dorset Hub.
