Invitation to participate
We would like to invite you to participate in a survey, as part of a national project.

What is the survey about?
This survey will help us understand your views on using genetic information (or testing) to tailor medication choices and dosages.

What do you need to do?
If you live in Australia and have had treatment for cancer or have cared for a person who has had treatment for cancer, we would like you to watch a brief video that explains pharmacogenetics in simple terms, then fill out a survey. This should take about 10 minutes. You do not need any special knowledge about medicines or pharmacogenetics to fill out the survey. The survey is anonymous and taking part is voluntary. If you do not want to fill out the survey, simply disregard this invitation and the reminder when it comes.
