Health Consumers Tasmania is working with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care to facilitate a focus group to hear from health consumer representatives about the draft of the third edition of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.

If you are a health consumer represenative or lived experience advocate and have had some experience or knowledge of the Standards through your role, we are particularly interested in hearing from you.

The NSQHS Standards provide the framework for delivering safe, high-quality care across Australia’s health system. There have been some significant shifts in the content and structure in the draft of the third edition and consumer input into this is so important to ensure that our voices are heard and consumer expertise is shaping these new standards.
