Please see information below about an opportunity to get involved with shaping oral health by giving feedback on the new National Oral Health Plan draft framework.

Invitations from the community are being invited on the draft framework for the new National Oral Health Plan 2025-2034. Whether you’re a consumer, health professional, student or simply someone interested in oral health, your insights, experiences and ideas are important and will help shape the final Plan.

This survey is open to everyone. If you’re a dental or oral health provider, or currently studying in the field, we’d especially like to hear from you. Your input will help us ensure the next National Oral Health Plan reflects the needs and priorities of people across Australia.

Please note that:

– Your participation is voluntary.
– Some questions you are asked to answer will depend on your earlier responses.
– Depending on your responses, the survey may take from 5 to 20 minutes to complete.
– Questions marked ‘required’ need to be answered before you can continue to the next page of the survey. All other questions are optional and can be skipped.
